Common Product Concerns


My knife arrived with rust

Due to humidity and shipping time, minor surface rust may occasionally develop on carbon steel knives. This is normal and can usually be removed with light polishing.

The blade is chipped

If the blade is chipped upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days. Please note that damage may occur due to improper handling by the courier.

If chipping occurs during use, we will evaluate the material and the conditions under which it was used.

For sanitary reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds once the product has been used.

The knife is dull

The knife feels dull? All of our knives are pre-sharpened and ready to use straight out of the box. However, cutting performance may vary depending on whether you’re using the right knife for the right ingredients. For more information, please visit the Video Guide page.

It’s not what I expected

If the item differs from your expectations, we do not accept returns for personal reasons.


However, you may contact us with your concerns and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please note: We may not be able to accept repairs depending on the extent of the damage. In particular, if the blade has large chips, severe cracks, or is significantly deformed, we may have to decline the repair.

Warranty Policy


Initial Defects (within 7 days)

If a manufacturing defect is found within 7 days of receiving the product, we will provide a free replacement.
We may ask you to submit photos of the item for assessment.

Not Covered Under Warranty

❖ Chips, deformation, or rust developed during use (even with proper care)

❖ Customer misuse, accidental drops, improper storage

❖ Damage due to lack of maintenance (e.g., not drying after washing)

Notes

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After that period, we may offer standard paid repair services instead.

For customers in Germany and France, the claim period is extended to 14 days after delivery.

Sharpening Service

We offer professional sharpening services (fees apply).


Please contact us with photos and a description of the blade’s condition to request this service.

Repairs

Loose handles or bent blades may be repairable (vary by condition).


If a repair is not feasible, we will inform you promptly.

What’s the status of my knife repair?

We provide an order number with every purchase. Please include this number when contacting support, as it helps us quickly determine the steps needed to arrange a repair. You can use this number to inquire about the progress via email or our contact form.

How long does a repair take?

Repairs typically take 2~4 weeks, depending on the issue and workload. If your request is time-sensitive, please contact us in advance to discuss your timeline.

Restock Inquiries


“When will this product be back in stock?”

Some popular items may be temporarily sold out or require pre-order. As restocking schedules vary depending on production and craftsmanship timelines, we may not be able to provide a specific restock date.
