Shipping Methods
❖ We primarily use FedEx, DHL, EMS, Royal Mail Post and UPS/USPS (for domestic shipments) to ensure fast and secure delivery.
❖ For international shipments, the carrier is automatically selected based on your destination and local customs requirements.
Shipping Costs
US: Free shipping for orders over $500
International: Free shipping for orders over $1,000 (some remote areas excluded)
For smaller orders, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
Remote regions like Australia, New Zealand, or Canada may incur extra charges.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7–18 days.
Delays may occur due to customs or local delivery conditions.
Tracking Information
You will receive a Shipping Notification email with a tracking number after dispatch.
You can check real-time delivery status on the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive a tracking number or it isn’t updating, please contact our support team.
Delays & Lost Packages
In case of delays
Weather, customs, or local issues may cause delays. Please check your tracking first. Contact support if the issue persists.
In case of lost packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please check with your courier company first. If theft is suspected, please contact your local authorities. If still unresolved, we will be happy to provide documents to ease your situation.
Customs, VAT & Other Fees
Our product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
These charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
Notes & Disclaimers
• Shipping methods cannot be changed after the order is placed.
• If the package is returned due to refusal or incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
• If you wish to cancel after the order has already been shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Additionally return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
• If the delivery fails due to an unknown or incorrect address and we are unable to reach you before the courier’s holding period ends, you will be responsible for the return shipping and reshipping costs.
